CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Chief Building Engineer to serve as the technical lead and operational steward for a campus of healthcare facilities in Westminster, CO.

You will balance facility management with proactive maintenance and strategic client consultation to keep systems operating at peak performance with safety and efficiency. You will mentor engineering staff, lead maintenance programs, and coordinate with clients to schedule preventive maintenance during downtime, while ensuring

Competenze

• Boiler, chiller and BAS expertise with troubleshooting, parts replacement, and general maintenance.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 5–8 years of job-related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for percentages, fractions and financial calculations.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the facility campus and mentor engineering staff.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure building systems (boilers, chillers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety) operate to standard.
• Utilize BAS to optimize heating and cooling.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and infrastructure components.
• Coordinate maintenance to minimize business interruption and align with client environmental requirements.
• Conduct onsite inspections and ensure spaces are in excellent condition.
• Adhere to codes, safety regulations, and CBRE directives.
