CBRE is seeking a Building Engineer to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems for a healthcare hospital in the Lubbock, TX area. Youll handle mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety aspects to ensure continuous operation.

Role emphasizes preventive maintenance, energy management, safety compliance, and collaboration with the Engineering and Technical Services function to support diverse environments and critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of related experience in building operations or facilities management.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; other regulatory licenses may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety policies.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and schedule emergency repairs.
• Maintain energy management and optimize system efficiency.
• Assist in safety storage and handling of hazardous materials.
• Support hospital facilities in healthcare environment.
