Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5–8 years relevant experience; prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Expertise in boiler, chiller, and BAS troubleshooting, parts replacement, and general maintenance.
• Meet the physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs and ability to climb stairs/ladders.
• Ability to work without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the facility campus; assign work orders; mentor engineering staff; provide training to coworkers and subcontractors.
• Lead comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure boilers, chillers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems meet operational standards.
• Utilize Building Automation Systems (BAS) to optimize heating and cooling efficiency.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacement across mechanical/infrastructure disciplines.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize business interruption and consult with clients on environmental requirements.
