Qualifications

• 4-5 years of job-related experience or combination of experience and education.
• CFC certification preferred and state/local licenses as required.
• Experience with building systems in healthcare settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities across a large hospital campus, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Respond to emergency maintenance tickets and system failures promptly.
• Complete work orders using available tracking systems with accuracy.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment and systems as needed.
• Support energy management, optimize building performance, and adhere to codes and safety standards.
