Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; certifications/licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions.
• Ability to operate with independent judgment and work under safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety and control systems.
• Ensure building systems meet applicable standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain an energy management program and ensure systems run efficiently.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to maximize equipment life and handle emergencies as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage, handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review inspections of building systems to ensure operation within design limits.
