Alpha is hiring a Lead Guide to build and coach a team of Guides across select campuses, focusing on coaching, life-skills workshops, and high student outcomes. This role drives data-driven improvements, opens new campuses, and creates an environment of excellence, accountability, and continuous growth.

You will mentor leaders, design experiences beyond lectures, and shape a bold new model for K-12 education.

Competenze

• Willingness to work on-site at an Alpha campus (relocation support available).
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in an educational, coaching, or developmental setting.
• Experience building or launching a new team, program, business, school, or initiative, with willingness to help open a new campus from zero.
• Willingness to work in a school model that rejects traditional lecture-based pedagogy.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
