You will coach Guides, design life skills workshops, and motivate students toward ambitious learning goals, using data to drive performance and campus expansion. Join a fast-moving, student-focused team shaping a new model of K-12 education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Experience coaching and leading teams to improve performance.
• Proven ability to use data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences and maintain high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses with a culture of excellence and accountability.
