Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Lead Guide to build the team that delivers our life skills program and to coach Guides, ensuring exceptional student experiences and uncompromising standards across campuses.

You’ll lead leadership development, drive data-informed performance improvements, and help open new Alpha campuses from zero. This is a full-time, on-site role with relocation support and six-figure compensation in USD per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops that develop communication and leadership in K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
