Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 Hourly

Position: Full-Time & Part-Time (Hourly + Sales Bonuses)

Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high‑energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front‑desk operations, including, but not limited to, check‑ins, check‑outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.

Qualifications
