Job summary

European Wax Center in Corona, CA is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding guest service while driving center revenue. This in-person role requires strong sales skills, leadership, and the ability to train fellow associates.

You'll greet guests, promote services and products, manage front-desk operations, and maintain a welcoming, high-energy environment. Availability for evenings and weekends is expected, with bonuses and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or one to two years related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.

European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
