Job summary

European Wax Center in San Ramon, CA is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate (Front Desk/Sales) to deliver outstanding guest service while driving center revenue. This in-person role supports training and lead generation.

You will greet guests, promote services and products, manage check-ins/outs, and uphold a high-energy, welcoming environment. Availability evenings/weekends and a passion for hitting sales goals are required.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 HourlyFull-Time & Part-Time Hourly + Sales Bonuses

European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
