European Wax Center in Riverside, CA is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (Front Desk/Sales Associate) to deliver outstanding guest service while driving center revenue. This role involves training teammates, greeting guests, promoting services and products, and maintaining smooth front-desk operations.

The ideal candidate has strong sales and leadership skills, excellent communication, and is available evenings and weekends.

Job Details: Location: 3639 Riverside Plaza Dr STE 508, Riverside, CA 92506. Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 hourly (Full-Time & Part-Time). Work Location: In person. European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Knowledge and skill requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; or one to two years related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
