Job summary

European Wax Center Eastvale is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. This in-person role requires strong sales ability, leadership, and a passion for the beauty industry.

The position supports front-desk operations, guest education on exclusive products, and fostering a high-energy, welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or one to two years related experience or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.

• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
