Job summary

Carowinds is seeking an Entertainment Team Lead to supervise daily operations across park entertainment, training staff, coordinating schedules in UKG, and ensuring safe, memorable guest experiences.

You will collaborate with performers and departments, handle event logistics, complete daily reports, enforce park policies, and help create a positive, energetic environment for guests and associates.

Availability including weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervising daily operations within the Entertainment department.
• Opening/closing location, ensuring cleanliness in guest facing and backstage areas.
• Promote teamwork and create a positive & safe work environment for all.
• Monitor & report associate timekeeping and park policy adherence.
• Maintain associate schedules in UKG.
• Ensure all program elements are safe, properly operating, & clean.
• Provide excellent customer service for our guests.
• Support our teams daily to produce superior guest entertainment experiences.
• Resolves guest and associate concerns following proper protocols.
• Communicate with teams within Entertainment department efficiently & respectfully.
• Establishes & maintains good relationships with other park departments and partners.
• Coordinate and carry out logistics for special events & activations in park.
• Accurately completes necessary daily paperwork including reports and checklists.
• Follows and enforces all park & department policies.
