Carowinds is seeking an Entertainment Supervisor to lead daily park operations. You will supervise associates, assist with training and scheduling, and ensure safety and quality of shows and events across locations.

You will coordinate with different teams, manage timekeeping, and uphold park policies while delivering memorable guest entertainment experiences. Flexibility for weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays is required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations within the Entertainment department.
• Open/close locations and ensure cleanliness in guest areas and backstage.
• Promote teamwork and a positive & safe work environment.
• Monitor & report associate timekeeping and adherence to park policies.
• Maintain associate schedules in UKG.
• Ensure all program elements are safe, operating, and clean.
• Provide excellent customer service for guests.
• Support teams daily to deliver superior guest experiences.
• Resolve guest and associate concerns per protocols.
• Communicate with entertainment teams efficiently & respectfully.
• Maintain good relations with other park departments and partners.
• Coordinate logistics for special events & activations in park.
• Complete daily paperwork including reports and venue checklists.
• Follow park & department policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report supply inventory to upper management.
• Other duties as assigned.
