Job summary

Carowinds is seeking an Entertainment Supervisor to lead performers, associates, and guests across park-wide entertainment operations. You will supervise daily activities, train and schedule staff, and ensure safety and high-quality guest experiences.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to coordinate with multiple teams, and a passion for delivering memorable entertainment experiences at Carowinds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations within the Entertainment department.
• Open/close locations ensuring cleanliness in guest facing areas as well as backstage areas.
• Promote teamwork and create a positive and safe work environment for all.
• Monitor and report associate timekeeping ensuring all park policies are followed daily.
• Maintain associate schedules in UKG.
• Ensure all program elements are safe, properly operating, and clean.
• Provide excellent customer service for our guests.
• Support our teams daily to produce superior guest entertainment experiences.
• Resolve guest and associate concerns following proper protocols and procedures.
• Communicate with various teams within the Entertainment department efficiently and respectfully.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with other park departments and partners.
• Coordinate and carry out logistics for special events and activations in park as assigned.
• Accurately complete necessary daily paperwork including reports, files, and venue checklists.
• Follow and enforce all park and department policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report supply inventory levels to upper management to ensure adequate supplies to complete job tasks.
• Other duties as assigned
