Carowinds is seeking an Entertainment Team Lead to supervise daily operations across park Entertainment, coordinate with performers, associates and guests, and help deliver memorable shows and events while ensuring safety and quality.

You will train and schedule staff, monitor timekeeping, resolve guest and associate concerns, and collaborate with other park teams to execute parkwide programming, special events, and stage productions, all while maintaining a positive, safe work environment.

Qualificações

• Must pass a background check.
• Mobility to move between park locations daily.
• Positive attitude and safety focus.
• Ability to work with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Availability for weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
