Responsabilidades

• Supervising daily operations within the Entertainment department.
• Opening/closing locations ensuring cleanliness in guest facing areas and backstage.
• Promotes teamwork and creates a positive & safe work environment for all.
• Monitor & report associate timekeeping and ensure park policies are followed daily.
• Maintain associate schedules in UKG.
• Ensure all program elements are safe, operating, and clean.
• Provide excellent customer service for our guests.
• Support our teams daily to deliver superior guest entertainment experiences.
• Resolve guest and associate concerns following proper protocols and procedures.
• Communicate with multiple teams within Entertainment efficiently & respectfully.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with other park departments and partners.
• Coordinate and carry out logistics for special events & activations in park.
• Accurately completes necessary daily paperwork including reports and venue checklists.
• Follow and enforce all park & department policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report supply inventory levels to upper management.
• Other duties as assigned
