Carowinds is seeking an Entertainment Team Lead to supervise the park's entertainment operations, mentor associates, and help deliver memorable guest experiences. You will coordinate daily duties, training, scheduling, and safety protocols while collaborating with performers, staff, and guests across locations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and precise execution of events and programming—from character and festivals to stage shows.

Qualificações

• Background check clearance required.
• Ability to move within the park daily.
• Ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations in the Entertainment department.
• Open/close locations and maintain cleanliness in guest facing and backstage areas.
• Provide excellent guest service and support for entertainment experiences.
• Coordinate logistics for special events and activations in park.
• Accurately complete daily paperwork including reports and checklists.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of all program elements.
• Collaborate with other park departments and partners.
