Carowinds is seeking an Entertainment Team Lead to supervise daily operations across park entertainment programming. You will oversee performers and associates, assist with training and scheduling, and help ensure safety and high-quality guest experiences across parkwide entertainment operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations within the Entertainment department.
• Open/close locations and maintain cleanliness in guest areas and backstage.
• Promote teamwork and create a safe work environment for all.
• Monitor and report associate timekeeping and park policies.
• Maintain associate schedules in UKG.
• Ensure program elements are safe and well-maintained.
• Provide excellent customer service for guests.
• Support teams to deliver superior guest entertainment experiences.
• Resolve guest and associate concerns following proper protocols.
• Coordinate logistics for special events and activations in park.
• Complete daily paperwork and reports.
• Enforce park and department policies.
