Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading teams in a fast-paced guest-facing environment.
• Ability to train, schedule, and evaluate staff appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations within the Entertainment department.
• Open/close locations and ensure cleanliness in guest areas and backstage.
• Promote teamwork and create a safe, positive work environment for all.
• Monitor and report associate timekeeping and adherence to park policies.
• Maintain associate schedules in UKG.
• Ensure all program elements are safe, operating, and clean.
• Provide excellent customer service for guests.
• Support teams daily to deliver superior guest entertainment experiences.
• Resolve guest and associate concerns following proper protocols.
• Communicate with other Entertainment teams efficiently and respectfully.
• Build and maintain relationships with park departments and partners.
• Coordinate logistics for special events and activations in the park.
