HITT Contracting Inc. in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager for government projects. The PM will lead project scope, budget, and schedule, coordinating with the project team to deliver on time and within budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include managing RFPs, meetings, RFIs, submittals, and closeout, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet client needs. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and interpret plans.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project software systems such as ProCore, JD Edwards, and BlueBeam.

Responsabilités

• Maintain adherence to safety standards and file required documentation.
• Create and manage project budgets for all assigned projects.
• Develop and collaborate on pre-construction RFP package.
• Conduct project meetings, set milestones, and produce monthly owner reports.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and subcontract change orders.
• Perform scheduling, ensure quality control, and oversee logistics.
• Oversee closeout process and ensure timely completion.
• Engage with clients to discuss needs and align services offered by HITT.
• Supervise assistant PMs, admin staff, MEP managers, safety team, etc.
• Collaborate with the site operations team throughout the project lifecycle.
