HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager for Healthcare in Falls Church, VA. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, schedules, pre-construction activity, and owner reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will supervise duties across safety, RFIs, submittals, pay apps, and change orders while coordinating with superintendents, engineers, and clients to meet project goals and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, additional work experience is acceptable.
• 5+ years' experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project software such as ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, JD Edwards, and MS Office.
• Mastery of reading construction drawings; tasks include reading, interpreting, and updating construction drawings.
• Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results.
• Knowledge of current market conditions including pricing conventions and trends.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; customer service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Maintain safety documentation per company standards.
• Create and manage project budgets and scheduling.
• Lead pre-construction and RFP activities.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare monthly owner reports.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, pay applications, change orders.
• Coordinate with the superintendent and site operations team.
• Develop client relationships and discuss needs and how company services meet them.
• Closeout processes and project documentation.
