Job summary

You will coordinate the project team, subs, and clients, while maintaining safety and project controls. The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction, a related four-year degree, and strong skills in MS Office, ProCore, BlueBeam, and JD Edwards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business strongly preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction.
• Experience in a project management role with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with ProCore, BlueBeam, JD Edwards, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe.
• Mastery of reading construction drawings; interpret and update drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety compliance and file required documentation.
• Create and manage project budgets for assigned projects.
• Develop and collaborate on pre-construction RFP packages.
• Conduct project meetings, set milestones, and prepare monthly owner reports.
• Establish processes for RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and change orders.
• Schedule project, ensure quality control, and manage closeout.
