HITT Contracting Inc. seeks a Commercial Construction Project Manager for GovCloud in Falls Church, VA. The PM will lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification, serving as the primary on-site leader.

Responsibilities include budgeting, pre-construction RFPs, meetings, RFIs, submittals, pay apps, scheduling, quality control, closeout, and client liaison. Requires 5+ years in commercial construction and strong software proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety documentation and filings.
• Create and manage project budgets.
• Develop and collaborate on pre-construction RFP package.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare monthly owner reports.
• Establish job processes including RFIs, submittals, and pay applications.
• Perform scheduling and quality control across projects.
• Manage the closeout process efficiently.
• Collaborate with the project superintendent and site operations teams.
