Qualifikationen

• Requires a high school diploma; a 4-year degree in construction, engineering, or business strongly preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction, with exposure to a general contractor.

Aufgaben

• Maintain adherence to HITT's safety standards.
• File and manage required documentation for projects.
• Assist in creating and managing project budgets for assigned projects.
• Develop pre-construction RFP packages.
• Conduct project meetings, set milestones, and prepare monthly owner reports.
• Establish job processes (RFIs, submittals, pay applications) and approve/pay applications; negotiate change orders.
• Update project schedules and ensure quality control and logistics.
• Assist in closeout activities and collaborate with the superintendent and site operations team.
