Job summary

National Power, LLC is seeking an experienced Generator Technician Supervisor to lead and train a team of field service technicians. You will oversee startup, service, and repair of industrial generators and related equipment, including bypass isolation ATS, across a geographic territory.

You will coach performance, manage staffing, and collaborate with leadership to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Remote work is possible with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED required.
Generac Master Technician certification required.
Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
Experience with switchgear and service troubleshooting.
Fluent English, good report writing.

Responsibilities

Supervise service technicians in territory.
Evaluate performance and train staff.
Coordinate field support and mentorship.
Assist in recruiting field techs.
Perform preventive and emergency generator maintenance.
Lead safety initiatives and QC programs.
Handle after-hours emergency response.
Occasional overnight travel.
