Job summary

National Power, LLC is actively seeking an experienced Generator Technician to supervise service operations and lead a team of technicians across a geographic region. You will train, develop, and direct technicians who startup, service, and repair industrial generators and related equipment.

The role requires hands-on technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities, with Generac Master Technician or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Generac Master Technician or equivalent certification and training required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct service technicians in the geographic territory.
• Provide coaching and training to improve technical knowledge and performance.
• Lead field support and mentorship for technicians.
• Coordinate with Service Director on staffing and performance issues.
• Recruiting and hiring of field service technicians.
