National Power, LLC is seeking an experienced Generator Technician Supervisor to lead a team of service technicians who startup, service, and repair industrial generators and related equipment. You will train, develop, and direct the group, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across the geographic territory.

Qualifications

• Supervise and develop a team of field service technicians.
• Lead startup, maintenance, and repair of generators and related equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and timely service delivery.
• Coordinate with Service Director and customers to resolve issues.
• Recruiting and mentoring field technicians; prepare training plans.
• Occasional travel and on-site support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians in geographic territory and monitor performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve technical knowledge and performance.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Assist in planning and quoting of complex service projects.
• Support after-hours emergency response as needed.
