Job summary

Wing is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist (Remote) to identify construction industry prospects, develop outbound strategies, and qualify leads for a global sales team. The role focuses on building appointments and maintaining accurate CRM records.

You will collaborate with sales, use email, calls, and LinkedIn, and work across time zones. The position offers a fully remote environment, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth while contributing to a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven experience as an appointment setter or lead gen specialist with international clients.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with the construction industry is an advantage.
• Impeccable interpersonal skills and proactivity.
• Proficient in lead generation software and online marketing channels.
• Familiar with CRMs, VoIP, cloud services, and desktop sharing.
• Experience with word-processing and spreadsheets (MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (Google Calendar).
• Strong phone, email, and messaging communication abilities.
• Tech savvy with a proactive attitude and ability to work graveyard shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)

Duties and Responsibilities

Schedule: US work hours (20-40 hours per week)

Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package (with HMO)

• Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to PHP 34,000
• Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to PHP 45,000
• Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to PHP 56,000
