Job summary

Wing is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our remote team and drive outreach for international clients. You will establish relationships, gather qualified leads, and work closely with sales and marketing to fuel campaigns.

This role rewards a proactive, tech-savvy communicator with at least 1 year of experience. You will manage CRM data, use lead-gen tools, and adapt to fast-paced environments from anywhere in the world.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven experience as Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in lead generation software and online marketing channels.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Qualifications:

• Proficient in lead generation software and online marketing channels
• Familiarities with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Tech Savvy
• Proactive attitude

Salary:

• Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to $2,400
• Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to $2,700
• Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to $3,500
