Job summary

Wing Assistant - India is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist for a remote position focused on the construction industry. You will research leads, craft outreach strategies, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

You should have at least 1 year of experience with international clients, excellent English, and strong CRM/communication skills. This role offers 100% work-from-home and flexible hours, with graveyard shift suitability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads within the construction industry.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, calls, LinkedIn and etc..
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect data.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation processes.
• Track and report key metrics related to lead conversion rates.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
• Engage in follow-up activities to nurture relationships with prospects.

Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)

Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills

• Able to work on a graveyard shift

• Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM

Schedule: US work hours (20-40 hours per week)

Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package (with HMO)

• Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to PHP 34,000
• Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to PHP 45,000
• Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to PHP 56,000
