Morgan & Morgan is seeking a General Liability Pre Suit Attorney to join its growing practice in the DC Metro Area.

Responsibilities include day-to-day handling of pre-litigation work, guiding clients through the case process, and overseeing settlement negotiations while leading a team of case managers. A law degree and active bar membership are required, with at least 1 year of liability experience.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the DC/VA/MD State Bar Association.
• 1+ years of general liability or personal injury experience.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work as part of a general liability practice.
• Guide clients through the case process and manage settlement negotiations.
