Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. seeks a Pre-Suit focused Attorney in our Richmond office. You will handle pre-litigation work, draft and file pre-litigation documents, and guide clients through the early case process while overseeing a team of Case Managers.

Requirements include a law degree from an accredited school, active VA Bar membership, and 1+ years of general liability or personal injury experience, with strong writing and leadership skills toward successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active VA State Bar membership in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of pre-suit work and case management.
• Guide clients through the pre-litigation process and prepare documents.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and preparation of demand packages.
• Lead and manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers and ensure KPI drive.
