Job summary

Morgan & Morgan in Baltimore is seeking a Pre-Suit focused Attorney to manage day-to-day pre-litigation work and guide clients through the case process. You will oversee a team of 6-10 Case Managers, drive KPIs, and support high-volume liability matters from intake to settlement negotiations, while maintaining the firm’s commitment to consumer rights.

Qualifications

• Must have JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active MD State Bar membership in good standing.
• 1+ years of general liability or personal injury experience.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of pre-litigation tasks and approvals.
• Guide clients through the case process and drafts.
• Oversee TD and liability-related approvals; manage settlement negotiations.
• Lead and supervise a team of 6–10 Case Managers.
• Focus on general liability or personal injury matters.
• Drive compliance and KPIs across the team.
• Prepare EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.
