Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney in Washington, DC to manage pre-litigation work and guide clients through the case process, with a focus on personal injury cases. The role requires JD, DC bar membership, and at least 1 year of PI experience.

You will lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers, drive compliance, and oversee settlement negotiations, demanding packages, and pre-litigation filings. Strong writing and advocacy are essential.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active DC State Bar membership in good standing.
• 1+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval process.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Drive compliance and KPIs among the team.
• Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.
