Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
• Oversee liability issues and TD approvals.
• Manage settlement negotiations and demand packages.
• Supervise a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Focus on personal injury and general liability.
• Drive compliance and KPIs across the team.
• Handle EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.
