Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active PA State Bar in good standing.
• 1+ year general liability or personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage high volume pre-lit cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages.
• Manage the release approval process and a team of 6–10 Case Managers.
• Focus on general liability cases and drive KPIs.
