Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney in our Atlanta, GA office. You will handle day-to-day pre-litigation work, guide clients through the case process, and draft pre-litigation documents to move matters toward resolution.

You will oversee a team of 6–10 Case Managers, focus on personal injury and general liability, and collaborate with the Pre-Suit Operations Manager to drive KPIs and ensure compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Desire to become part of a trial team.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work.
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand packages.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Lead a team of 6-10 case managers.
• Focus on personal injury and general liability cases.
• Drive compliance and KPIs across the team.
