Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; three years of liability/claim experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Experience with claims management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage an active caseload of injury and/or property damage claims and litigation.
• Gather and investigate information to determine coverage and liability.
• Provide timely communication to customers, counsel, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate settlements and manage litigation support.
• Maintain accurate records in claim management systems.
• Acquire and maintain required insurance licenses within three months.
