Job summary

Avnet in Chandler, AZ is seeking an inside sales professional who blends customer service with technical knowledge to sell products, services and solutions to new and existing customers. You will develop trusted relationships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue across the account base.

You will coordinate with product teams, field sales, and suppliers to deliver accurate pricing, timely quotes, and effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Ability to develop trusted relationships with customers/accounts.
• Experience in inside sales or customer service within a tech distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers solutions or finds new opportunities for a positive customer experience.
• Directs secured sales opportunities to the proper stakeholder(s), if required.
• Initiates sales inquiries directly to prospective and/or existing customers to promote product offerings, services and capabilities.
• Promptly, directs, and accurately responds to prospective or existing customer information requests.
• Monitors/follows up on sales activities throughout the process to meet or exceed customer requirements from initial contact to order fulfillment.
• Maintains and expands sales with existing accounts through a high level of customer service and knowledge.
• Coordinates sales efforts with internal teams such as product, materials, field sales, and suppliers.
• Communicates current product information and provides pricing, quotes, and input on final solutions.
• Coordinates inventories, delivery lead times and unit prices.
