Job summary

Sonepar USA is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Kingman, AZ. This role focuses on establishing and improving relationships with customers by phone and in person to capture orders, upsell products, and coordinate with internal departments for order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to perform math functions representative of the position.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone or in person to receive orders for products.
• Solicit sale of new or additional products.
• Liaise between customer and company departments including credit purchasing, warehouse, outside sales and management.
• Provide quotes or estimates of prices, terms and delivery for standard or complex merchandise.
• Prepare sales tickets and process orders for timely shipment.
