Job summary

Avnet in New Jersey is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service professional who combines product and technical knowledge to sell solutions to existing and new customers. The role focuses on inbound/outbound communications, building trusted relationships, and driving revenue while meeting financial sales metrics.

You will develop pricing, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience at minimum.
• Experience handling inside sales or customer service.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP and order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Delivers solutions and identifies opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Responds to sales inquiries from prospective or existing customers.
• Provides pricing and input on products and final solutions.
