Candidates should have at least a high school diploma with electrical coursework, 3+ years mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, a valid driver license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework.
• Three (3) or more years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Must possess a valid driver license, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis unassisted.
• Knowledge of lift truck operation and applications is highly preferred.
• Computer and software systems skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and service fuel cells at customer sites.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and evaluate fleet at a specific location.
• Perform field retrofits and software/hardware upgrades to existing fuel cells.
• Provide on-call and emergency support service to customers as required.
• Purchase tools, equipment, and parts for customer service and support as required.
• Travel as required for business needs and represent Plug Power professionally.
