Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework.
• Three or more years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Must possess a valid driver license and ability to lift 50 pounds daily.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and service of fuel cells at customer sites.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and evaluations to maintain the fleet.
• Perform field retrofits and software/hardware upgrades to fuel cells.
• Provide on-call and emergency support to customers as required.
• Purchase tools, equipment, and parts for service and support as needed.
• Travel as required, maintain safety procedures in the field.
