Amrize is seeking a Foreman RMX to direct daily shift operations across deployment sites in North America. You will lead frontline crews to hit hourly production targets safely while maintaining quality.

Travel required 21-30%. Strong communication, problem-solving, and PPE adherence are essential. Experience with cement/concrete and software tools like SAP/Salesforce is preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year general laborer experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce, Qlikview.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily shift operations and manage frontline crew to meet hourly production targets safely.
• Travel with plant crew to deployment sites as needed.
