Job summary

Amrize seeks a Foreman RMX to lead site operations in Aledo, TX, ensuring safe, efficient production and profitability. You will supervise the work team, advise management on best interests, and uphold health, safety and environmental standards on the job site.

The role requires five years of supervision in ready mix/related industries, basic computer skills, and a commitment to safety. Amrize offers a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of production, maintenance and/or location supervision in ready mix, mining, aggregates, asphalt or related industry.
• Education: High School Diploma.
• Basic experience using computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Prioritizes work and manages time effectively to ensure customer’s needs, staff training and administration duties are fulfilled.
• Understands current and future needs of the business and customers and provides input to the Plant/Area Manager or Supervisor in order to meet those needs.
• Drives productivity, motivation and morale within the department.
• Prevents and resolves problems involving individuals which arise out of or affect work situations.
• Motivates employees to highest potential and builds effective teams.
• Promotes positive and cooperative attitudes to ensure company and customer satisfaction.
• Ensures quality control of work by ensuring accuracy of data entry and order processing to achieve a credible and professional presence.
