Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Foreman RMX to direct daily shift operations and manage frontline crews ensuring hourly production targets are met safely. The role requires frequent travel with the plant crew to deployment sites and hands-on oversight of wet and dry mix batching, quality, and safety compliance.

You will monitor real-time product consistency, lead maintenance and inspections, and coordinate with client field foremen to synchronize batching speeds.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and manage frontline crew to hit hourly production and safety targets.
• Travel with plant crew to deployment sites.
• Oversee wet and dry mix batching, adjusting flow as needed.
• Conduct daily safety tailgates and enforce PPE.
• Lead wear-and-tear inspections and routine maintenance.
• Monitor product quality in real time and halt if tolerances drift.
• Manage shift labor to minimize overtime and waste.
• Coordinate with client foremen to align batching speeds with placement rate.
• Record daily shift production summaries, downtime, JHAs, and incident reports.
