Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Foreman RMX to direct daily shift operations, manage frontline crew, and achieve hourly production and safety targets on North America projects. You will travel with the plant crew to deployment sites and coordinate with client foremen, adjusting batching and ensuring PPE and safety protocols are followed.

Education: HS diploma/GED; 1 year general laborer experience; strong proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce, and Qlikview.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required, with equivalent work experience considered.
At least 1 year general laborer experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce, and Qlikview.

Responsibilities

Direct daily shift operations and manage frontline crew to hit hourly production goals safely.
Travel with plant crew to deployment sites and coordinate with client foremen.
Lead safety practices, perform JHAs, and ensure PPE compliance.
Monitor production flow and adjust batching speeds to match placement rate.
