Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Foreman RMX to direct daily shift operations, manage frontline crew, and ensure hourly production targets are met safely. The role requires travel with the plant crew to deployment sites and strong hands-on leadership.

You will monitor wet and dry system production, adjust batching speeds, enforce PPE, and minimize waste while coordinating with client foremen. Strong communication and training skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 1 year general laborer experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce, and Qlikview.
• Travel requirements: 10%–20%.

Responsibilities

• Travel with the plant crew to deployment sites and oversee production flow.
• Manage wet and dry system operations and adjust batch timings.
• Conduct daily safety tailgates and enforce PPE.
• Lead shift crew for wear-and-tear checks and troubleshooting.
• Record daily production summaries and JHAs.
